Modern Hygiene carry out full or partial refurbishment or demolition surveys of any building that may require alteration, refurbishment or demolition works. All works that involve disturbance of materials within a building including domestic premises, must have a suitable and adequate refurbishment and demolition survey. Refurbishment and demolition surveys are more destructive than Management Surveys and sometimes involve “controlled investigations” in order to establish the presence of any unknown asbestos materials.
